This concludes our journey through Grady Homes. The project is being demolished to make way for a mixed income development, where roughly two thirds of the planned 897 units will be subsidized. The Integral Group, experienced at developing bourgeoisie apartment complexes in the ghetto, is the master developer of this $135 million project.
